I'm sitting on a plane right now with a sweet boy sleeping on my chest. This boy has barely rested his head on me since the day he was born so even though I have no legroom because I have a purse and a diaper bag at my feet, no elbow room because apparently the stranger next to me dibsed the armrest for the entire flight, and my back is killing me with a 23 pound baby strapped to me, I am surprisingly content. I absolutely love to travel. I love to get on a plane early in the morning and by afternoon be across the country. Even though I am normally not a morning person and waking up at 7 is usually a struggle, waking up at 3:00 am to catch a 5:00 am flight never seems to phase me. I often get asked how I can afford to travel so much. Well it is my passion so I budget for it. I don't drive a nice car (2001 minivan🚐 woop woop!). I don't buy fancy clothes (right now I'm wearing pants that were $8 at forever 21 and a shirt that was $14 from Costco). I don't own jewelry, nice purses, or get my nails done and that is totes OK with me. Of course I don't have unlimited money so I plan my trips very carefully and try to buy flight tickets when they're on sale and stay in low priced hotels or with family. There are so many places I have yet to travel to and I can't wait to see more of the world. I enjoy taking my children with me, especially Benny while he flies for free on my lap and he's breastfed so I gotta keep him close to his milk jugs.

Travel will enrich and enhance your life and your family's lives. That travel bug will stay in your blood...at times dormant, but never gone. Kind of like Malaria, but MUCH better for you! Aunt Sue
